Abstract
The article analyzes the semantics of sleep or dreams in the structure of poetry ‘plight momentarily’ «Fairy Tale» (1776) by M. N. Muravyev. The analysis highlights the works of the semantic role of sleep in the final determination of the author’s morals. It proved the closeness of «fairy tales» genre parable. Motives for testing and internal selection, due to the spiritual conflict
of «tales» of persons considered as the central motif of the text.
